Sometimes you get an email in your inbox that is falsely marked as spam even though it isn’t. Here’s how to tell Outlook that emails marked as Spam are not Junk

• In Outlook for Windows 1. Select the message, select More Option. 2. If the message is Spam / Junk or Phishing, select those options. 3. If it was falsely marked as spam or junk, select the Not Junk option.

• Alternatively, 1. you can right-click a message, select Junk, then select "Block Sender" to block all future emails from that email address. 2. You can also select the "Not Junk" or "Never block sender" options to make the email not be marked as spam.
